I’m just now getting started in my writing again and it feels so good. I’ve had this weight on my shoulders because I want to write but I don’t want to write just about Facebook Ads. While that is an important part of my business, it isn’t all I want to be known for.

I shouldn’t say that. My calling is different. It’s unlike anything I’ve felt before. You know how you “just know” something? That’s how I feel when I want to write. It’s something that just happens. I didn’t think that I could incorporate it all under my brand, but I realized I was wrong and it was just a limiting belief that I had given myself.

It wasn’t factual, it wasn’t actually true.

You mean, I could write about Facebook Ads AND goal setting AND story telling AND content management AND mindset?

But OMG! That’s not good for SEO or for your focus Shay. That’s not how the “big” dogs do it. Do I want to be a big dog? Do I need to be a big dog to  be successful?

No. I need to be me. I need to share what I’m meant to share and give in a way that flows through me from my highest self.  Wait – you mean as a business owner who goes through most of this daily, I can share my experience and how it is working for me and be 100% in line with my brand? You betcha sunshine!

You feel like that too? It’s cool… just let it flow. Do what works for you because eventually the big dogs aren’t going to be there because they’re too busy not connecting or focusing on what their true vision is.

You have permission to write about what you want to write about, to coach about what you are being called to coach for, to be who you are because when you show up fully in your calling, you bring out that in others and that is my vision for my future.

If that means I’m creating products on goal setting or facebook ads or content management, then guess? I’m doing it and the people who need that in that moment will be there.

Thoughts? Do you stay in your “niche?” And total side note: I don’t think niching down is required as some coaches say. Have you ever noticed how the coaches that tell you to “niche” down, aren’t niched down?
Alright, enough of the musings in my mind. Sending you massive love.  What are some of the things that you like writing, coaching, sharing about? I’d love to hear from you!
