Online Business Tools I Use And Love
Active Campaign – This is my Email Marketing tool. I love this WAY more than Infusionsoft and it’s so easy to use and you’re able to automate, build out funnels, etc without the HUGE price tag. I’ve added my affiliate link and you get a 30 day free trial to test it out. Take a peek HERE to see if you like it!
OneStream – I am really starting to love this program! One of my goals with my business is to make sure that I am automating as much as I can and that includes Live videos, social, etc. With OneStream I can schedule pre-recorded Facebook Lives and answer the questions of people commenting while I am “live.” It's such a great tool to use if you're looking to streamline your social media and video presence.
Kajabi – I love this program. A lot of people love building out their own programs but I’m really not one for recreating the wheel. It’s just not a part of my jam.
Leadpages – This is fairly common right now. I know some people like ClickFunnels. I tried CF and I just couldn’t get into it. I’d really love to try Instapages but that seems more user friendly for people with design and HTML experience and I don’t have that, so I stick with what’s easy. And guess what? Leadpages is easy!
Asana – This is something I’m definitely getting better at! One thing I’ve realized is that in order to get things out of my head and to get it done, that I need a software/system that helps me stay organized and Asana does that for me!
Now… I’ve tested Trello, Basecamp and others and I just like Asana. 90% of the features we use are free, but I do have the paid version. I just like it better and it allows me to have clients who can see their projects (and nothing else).
Slack – This is a great communication tool for the team. Again, I even have my hubby on here. They have a super user friendly app you can download to your phone to use. I love that Slack can be integrated with so many things. I’m able to integrate it with social media notifications, Asana and more.
Google Suites (Gmail) – Since I’ve started my businesses, I’ve used Google Suites. I love having Google Drive and I love being able to share docs and edit them real time and team members or clients can see the edits damn near immediately.
ThriveCart – I use this to invoice, but I’m wondering if I could use something better? I’ve used this for a few years and I just haven’t researched switching. It’s just so easy to use and it does what I need it to.
Elegant Themes – I specifically use the Divi Theme because it’s amazeballs. It really rocks my socks and it’s super easy to use.
These are some of the tools I use for my biz. They’re fairly straightforward. I do hope this list was helpful for helping you pick out some of the tools you want to use.
