I love tapping.  Yes, it sounds completely weird, but I am telling you, it is an incredible tool! When I first started in the Lucky Bitch Money Bootcamp years ago, I didn't know what tapping was. I thought EFT was some crazy thing that weird people did, but I was definitely mistaken! And gratefully so! If you aren't familiar with it, the technical term is called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and it is amazing!

I feel like I'm yelling at you with excitement, because I am excited for EFT. But I really do just want to share some of my favorite videos and I want to share with you what it is and why I love it.

Tapping helps you to get over blocks that you might have or internal programming that you might not realize that you have.  It's like using acupressure points mixed with psychology to help you blast through fear, insecurity, anger, old limiting beliefs that could be getting to you.

I wanted to share with you tapping videos that would help me get into the right mindset every morning.   I didn't want to just share any old videos though. I know for me, time and my patience is an issue. I want tapping videos that are 10 minutes or less because I can always find 10 minutes in a day to do something.

Okay lets go over some things before I share my favorites with you!

What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT for short, is a bit like a superpower for your feelings. Have you ever felt too worried, sad, or maybe even scared? I know I have!  EFT can help you with that! I like to say it's a special trick that uses your fingers to tap on certain parts of your body, kind of like playing a gentle game of connect-the-dots, but on yourself. As you tap, you talk about what's bothering you.

Here's the cool part: EFT can help you feel less stressed and more relaxed. Imagine being able to shake off your worries as easily as a dog shakes off water after a bath. Plus, it can help you concentrate better in school or when you're doing your homework. Some people even say it can help with tummy aches or headaches!

The best part about EFT? It's super easy to learn and you can do it all by yourself, whenever you want. It's like having a superhero cape for your feelings, ready to wear anytime!

What Are the Benefits of EFT?

EFT is a bit like a secret weapon and it has three superpowers you should know about:

  1. Stress-Buster: Imagine your worries are like a tangled ball of yarn. Okay, I didn't have to imagine because I always felt like that, but EFT helped! EFT helps you untangle that ball, making you feel much lighter and happier. It's like your very own worry-eraser!
  2. Focus-Booster: Do you ever find it hard to concentrate on your homework or get easily distracted during class? EFT is like a magical focus potion! After doing it, you may find that your brain is much clearer and ideas come to you quicker than before.
  3. Pain-Reliever: Sometimes, when we feel too worried or upset, our bodies can start to feel bad too, like getting a tummy ache or a headache. EFT is like a gentle, invisible band-aid that soothes these aches away.

The best part? You're in control. Just like a superhero learns to control their powers, you can learn to use EFT whenever you need it. Remember, every superhero needs their special tools, and EFT could be one of yours!

Tapping Videos That I Use Regularly

If you wake up feeling kind of blah, this is a good one. I probably do this video about 2 – 3 times a week and I can sense how I feel better when I'm done.

EFT for Manifesting

If you want to be a money magnet, this is pretty straightforward.

EFT for Peace

Sometimes I wake up grumpy and I have to remind myself that I'm peace so I don't bitch slap someone. That is what this video is for.

EFT for Self-Love

Another one I do is all about self-love. I'm on a journey to self-love and I just love this video because it is helping me get there. But not just helping me get there, it's helping me to appreciate myself more and see things differently. I absolutely love this one!

These are a few of the ones that I watch regularly.  I love me some Brad Yates, I think I might have to experiment with others who have shorter tapping videos too. I guess I've always known of Brad, so I've just used his videos.

Do you tap? What are some of your favorite tapping videos?
